Engaging CRM in the cloud is the way to go. SugarCRM look attractive as an alternative to Salesforce, but for the SME space I like what CommenceRM is doing. Whatever choices are made, the cloudspace needs to equate into more trust, more facts and more reliability and certainly not rely on tasseography 🙂
