So true, but an old phone I think still has the charm and is capable of making you want to converse…
What a great observation – leave it to a technophobe (in the “hate” not “fear” sense of the word) to make this very astute observation. It makes me think of how most marketing still fails in this same way. Despite so many opportunities to have those conversations with one’s customers, most of it is still so one-directions.
