What a great article! Thanks for the pointer. Spool is, in fact, the man — I heard him speak on scent in 2000 or so, and I’ve never been to a more useful conference session in my life.
Quoting Greg Oxton, I often talk about “the power of a single click” to prevent people from doing what they should do or want to do with technology–this is an excellent example.
