  • Engaged critic
  • Flamer
  • Troublemaker

Adoption models

  • "The Tower" – Purely centralized adoption of social media tools
  • "The Tire" – Uncoordinated adoption at the edge of the organization
  • "Hub & Spoke" – Central resource, but people can be flexible at the edge
